о возбуждении ходатайства о продлении
срока предварительного следствия.

юстиции Арефьев Е.Ю., рассмотрев уголовное дело № 22073,-

У С Т А Н О В И Л:

Уголовное дело возбуждено в прокуратуре города Кисловодска 20 сентября 1999
года по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч.1 ст. 222 УК РФ по факту
хранения и перевозки на территории города Кисловодска взрывчатых веществ.
20 ноября 2000 года предварительное следствие по уголовному делу было
приостановлено по п.3 ст. 195 УПК РСФСР.
15 марта 2000 года предварительное следствие по уголовному делу возобновлено.
Как установлено в ходе расследования, хранившееся и перевозившееся в городе
Кисловодске взрывчатое вещество было в дальнейшем использовано преступниками
при совершении террористических актов в сентябре 1999 года в городах Москве и
Волгодонске.
В рамках настоящего уголовного дела, совместно с сотрудниками ФСБ России,
проведен большой объем следственно-оперативных мероприятий, направленных на
установление обстоятельств совершенного преступления, а также лиц, его
совершивших.
В ходе следствия установлены и впоследствии объявлены в Федеральный розыск
члены преступной группы Сайтаков Д., Деккушев А., Гочияев А., Батчаев Т.,
Крымшамхалов Ю., Абаев Х. и другие.

Senior investigator of the Kislovodsk city prosecutor's office, junior counselor of justice Arefyev E.Yu., having considered criminal case No. 22073,

HAS ESTABLISHED:

• The criminal case was initiated in the Kislovodsk city prosecutor's office on September 20, 1999, on the grounds of a crime provided for by Part 1 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation regarding the fact of storage and transportation of explosives on the territory of the city of Kislovodsk.
• On November 20, 2000, the preliminary investigation in the criminal case was suspended under paragraph 3 of Art. 195 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR.
• On March 15, 2000, the preliminary investigation in the criminal case was resumed.
• As established during the investigation, the explosive substance stored and transported in the city of Kislovodsk was subsequently used by criminals in the commission of terrorist acts in September 1999 in the cities of Moscow and Volgodonsk.
• Within the framework of this criminal case, together with employees of the FSB of Russia, a large volume of investigative and operational measures were carried out, aimed at establishing the circumstances of the crime committed, as well as the persons who committed it.
• During the investigation, members of the criminal group were identified and subsequently placed on the Federal wanted list:

  • Kh. Abaev
  • and others.
