что в лице, находящемся крайнем правом месте, он опознал: сотрудника милиции, оказавшего содействие ему и Крымшамкалову Юсуфу в перемещении на автомашине КАМАЗ взрывчатого вещества в июне-августе 1999 года. Данный сотрудник милиции приказал стоявшим на посту ГИБДД милиционерам пропустить КАМАЗ без досмотра в г. Кисловодск за вознаграждение в виде мешка сахара. Опознает он данное лицо по золотому зубу и характерным чертам лица

Перед началом, в ходе либо по окончании опознания от участвующих лиц свидетеля Любичева С.С. поступило заявление о том, что он настаивает на своих показаниях на очной ставке.

He identifies this person by a golden tooth and characteristic facial features.
