Вопрос: В своих показаниях об обстоятельствах перевозки взрывчатого вещества из поселка Мирный на склады «Реалбазы» в городе Кисловодске Вы указали, что документов на машину «КАМАЗ» у ее владельца не было. Уточните, были ли у Вас документы на перевозимый груз?
Ответ: Я хочу уточнить, что, насколько я помню, документы на машину как раз были, у нас не было документов на груз. Поэтому и Йоська Крымшамхалов договаривался с милиционером, чтобы он нас сопровождал.
Вопрос: Уточните, с какой целью Крымшамхалов Юсуф пересел около поста ГИБДД на въезде в г. Кисловодск из машины «Москвич» в «КАМАЗ» с взрывчатым веществом?
Ответ: Скорее всего он пересел в «КАМАЗ» для того, чтобы показывать дорогу на «Реалбазу».
Вопрос: О чем Вы разговаривали с милиционером, который подсел к Вам в машину на посту ГИБДД, во время сопровождения «КАМАЗа» с взрывчатым веществом на «Реалбазу»?
Ответ: В машине мы о чем-то разговаривали, но о чем точно, я не помню.
Вопрос: Знал ли этот милиционер о характере груза сопровождаемого им «КАМАЗа»?
Ответ: Милиционер не знал, что в сопровождаемой им машине находится взрывчатое вещество. Ему сказали, что мы перевозим сахар.
Вопрос: В качестве оплаты за сопровождение «КАМАЗа» с взрывчатым веществом указанный Вами милиционер получил мешок сахара. Когда было решено оплатить это сопровождение таким образом и кто принимал такое решение?
