Ответ: Примерно в середине июля 1999 года в н.п. Сержень-Юрт на территории Чечни араб по имени Абу Умар вручил мне деньги в сумме около 3500-4000 долларов США (точную цифру я не помню). Там были только стодолларовые купюры. Абу Умар сказал, чтобы я ехал домой и купил алюминиевую пудру, легковой автомобиль и сотовый телефон. Цель этих покупок он мне не объяснял. Во время разговора и передачи денег никого, кроме нас не было.
