После этого на купленном мной "Москвиче" эти лица перевезли алюминиевую пудру из дома Йоськи в дом Карабашевых. Там, на взятой у кого-то (кто брал и у кого мне неизвестно) бетономешалке они начали готовить смесь из аммиачной селитры и алюминиевой пудры. Тогда я и Йоська из разговоров поняли, что готовиться взрывчатка, но полагали, что она предназначена в Чечню.

Затем через некоторое время за взрывчаткой приехал Ачимез Гочияев и я с ним поругался, так как он сказал, что не будет брать всю приготовленную взрывную смесь. Я полагал, что этим самым он подставит очень много непричастных людей. Однако он настоял на своем и тогда мы за 200 рублей в сутки наняли КАМАЗ у одного карачаевца, проживающего в поселке Мирный (здесь хочу отметить, что данный человек ничего не знал о готовящемся преступлении и думал, что в мешках находится сахар) и на нем перевезли все приготовленное вещество на склад, где уже хранился купленный мной в Эркен-Шахаре сахар. Оттуда, как мне стало впоследствии известно, взрывчатка и сахар были вывезены и на стоянке большегрузных машин перегружены в другую машину. Кто это делал, договаривался с водителями и осуществлял погрузку мне ничего неизвестно.

В это время я из-за несогласия с позицией Гочияева уехал в Чечню, но там мне Абу Умар сказал, что я должен вернуться в Кисловодск, забрать оставшуюся после него взрывчатку, вывезти ее в Россию и взорвать какой-нибудь базар, чтобы воздействовать на руководство страны с целью прекращения последним боевых действий против моджахедов в Дагестане (хочу отметить, что в это время уже начались события в дагестанских селах Карамахи и Чабанмахи).
