Взрыва на Каширке могло не быть

Сотрудники ФСБ и МВД могли предотвратить теракт в жилом доме на Каширском шоссе, где погибло 130 человек. За несколько часов до взрыва была задержана 26-летняя Татьяна Королева - любовница организатора как этого, так и предыдущего теракта на улице Гурьянова Ачемеза Гочияева. Сыщики могли узнать у нее все, но, так толком и не допросив, почему-то отпустили. Теперь ее нигде не могут найти.

На Татьяну Королеву, сотрудницу юридической фирмы "Деловая компания", чекисты вышли, расследуя теракт на улице Гурьянова. Они установили, что бомба, уничтожившая дом, была заложена в офисе компании "Бранд-2", которая располагалась на его первом этаже.

Учредителем "Бранда" значился житель Карачаевска Мухит Лайпанов. Его сразу объявили в розыск, но вскоре выяснилось, что разыскивается мертвец. Лайпанов погиб в ДТП еще в феврале этого года, а паспортом пользуется его земляк Ачемез Гочияев.

В Московской регистрационной палате чекистам рассказали, что подготовкой к регистрации документов "Бранд-2" занималась фирма "Деловая компания". Но когда оперативная группа приехала по ее юридическому адресу на Волгоградском проспекте, офис оказался закрыт.

Перелопатив огромную кучу хлама в мусорных баках на заднем дворе конторы, чекисты нашли обрывки каких-то бумаг. Из этих обрывков стало ясно, что фирма собралась перерегистрироваться. Удалось установить и ее новое название - "Агентство Лантана-Л".

В агентстве сказали, что документы Лайпанову готовила Татьяна Королева, правда, регистрировала она "Бранд-2" через третье юридическое лицо - "Консул-Бизнес".

Пока фирма проходила регистрацию, лже-Лайпанов успел побывать в целом ряде риэлтерских контор, с помощью которых пытался найти и снять помещения "для складирования сыпучих продуктов" (так значится в документах). Поиски не всегда были удачными. В конце июля он, например, обратился в риэлтерскую компанию ООО "Терем" с просьбой подыскать ему помещения в жилых домах, но там ему предложили только отдельно стоящие склады. Один из них, на Краснодарской улице, террорист арендовал и использовал в качестве перевалочной базы. Там нашли 4 тонны взрывчатки.

По словам чекистов, под склад "сыпучих продуктов" уже другие риэлтеры предложили Гочияеву дом № 2, расположенный на Сыромятнической улице. Однако руководители ООО "Сыромятники", которые предложили Гочияеву в аренду свой магазин, расположенный в жилом доме, сделали ксерокопии его документов. Видимо, это настолько насторожило Гочияева, что в "Сыромятниках" он больше не появился. Если бы не ксерокс, то и этот 9-этажный дом взлетел бы на воздух.

Допрашивая сотрудников бывшей "Деловой компании", чекисты узнали, что Королева не только оформляла документы Гочияеву, но и была его любовницей. Сама она приехала в Москву из Волгограда, снимала здесь квартиру, причем без регистрации.

Задержали Королеву в ночь на 13 сентября. Но когда сотрудники правоохранительных органов приехали к ней домой, Гочияева там уже не было. Судя по всему, в это время он находился на Каширском шоссе, в том самом доме, где была заложена бомба.

FSB and MVD officers could have prevented the terrorist attack on the residential building on Kashirskoye Highway, where 130 people died. A few hours before the explosion, 26-year-old Tatyana Koroleva was detained—the mistress of Achimez Gochiyayev, the organizer of both this and the previous terrorist attack on Guryanova Street. Detectives could have learned everything from her, but without properly interrogating her, they released her for some reason. Now she cannot be found anywhere.

Security officers [Chekists] tracked down Tatyana Koroleva, an employee of the law firm "Delovaya Kompaniya" [Business Company], while investigating the terrorist attack on Guryanova Street. They established that the bomb that destroyed the building was planted in the office of the company "Brand-2," which was located on its first floor.

The founder of "Brand" was listed as Mukhit Laypanov, a resident of Karachayevsk. He was immediately put on the wanted list, but it soon turned out that they were searching for a dead man. Laypanov died in a car accident back in February of this year, and his passport was being used by his fellow countryman Achimez Gochiyayev.

At the Moscow Registration Chamber, security officers were told that the firm "Delovaya Kompaniya" was involved in preparing the registration documents for "Brand-2." But when the task force arrived at its legal address on Volgogradsky Prospekt, the office was closed.

After digging through a huge pile of junk in the trash bins in the back yard of the office, the security officers found scraps of some papers. From these scraps, it became clear that the firm was planning to re-register. They managed to establish its new name—"Lantana-L Agency."

At the agency, they said that Tatyana Koroleva prepared the documents for Laypanov, although she registered "Brand-2" through a third legal entity—"Consul-Business."

While the firm was undergoing registration, the fake Laypanov managed to visit a number of real estate offices, through which he tried to find and rent premises "for the storage of bulk products" (as stated in the documents). The searches were not always successful. At the end of July, for example, he approached the real estate company OOO "Terem" with a request to find him premises in residential buildings, but there they offered him only detached warehouses. The terrorist rented one of them, on Krasnodarskaya Street, and used it as a transit base. Four tons of explosives were found there.

According to the security officers, other realtors had already offered Gochiyayev building No. 2, located on Syromyatnicheskaya Street, as a warehouse for "bulk products." However, the managers of OOO "Syromyatniki," who offered Gochiyayev a lease on their store located in a residential building, made photocopies of his documents. Apparently, this alarmed Gochiyayev so much that he never appeared at "Syromyatniki" again. If not for the photocopier, this 9-story building would also have been blown into the air.

While interrogating employees of the former "Delovaya Kompaniya," the security officers learned that Koroleva not only processed documents for Gochiyayev but was also his mistress. She herself had come to Moscow from Volgograd and was renting an apartment here, notably without registration.

Koroleva was detained on the night of September 13. But when law enforcement officers arrived at her home, Gochiyayev was no longer there. Apparently, at that time he was on Kashirskoye Highway, in the very building where the bomb had been planted.
