Минутная запись интервью с Гочияевым датирована 20 августа 2002 года. Из этого, конечно, не следует, что запись сделана в тот день. Удивляет спокойствие Гочияева, на которого день и ночь идет охота российских спецслужб. Создается впечатление, что Гочияев дает интервью не из Грузии, а из какой-то другой страны. Впрочем, это только предположения.
Мы считали бы этот этап работы завершенным, если бы сумели получить запись и узнать, кто же скрывается за "К." и "Х." Бывший следователь ФСБ, полковник, ныне адвокат Михаил Трепашкин недавно обнаружил, что соучредителем фирмы "Капстрой-2000", которая снимала злополучные подвалы в Москве, с 1996 года (что зафиксировано в Московской регистрационной палате) был вместе с Гочияевым еще один человек – Александр Юрьевич Кармишин. Все это навело редактора сайта Somnenie.Narod.Ru Марка Уленша, тесно работающего с Общественной комиссией, на мысль о том, что именно Кармишин является таинственным "К.". Нетрудно проверить, работает ли в ФСБ Черкесска человек по фамилии Кармишин. Труднее ответить на вопрос о том, почему молчат следственные органы России.
Гочияева обвинили в причастности к сентябрьским терактам только на основании того, что им и на его имя были сняты подвалы взорванных домов. Между тем соучредитель его фирмы, о существовании которого знают и следственные органы, и ФСБ, не только не обвинен в причастности к терактам, но даже не назван. Мы не призываем спешить с обвинениями. Мы требуем, чтобы общественности было сообщено, кем является Александр Кармишин, имеет ли он отношение к ФСБ или другим российским силовым ведомствам, где он в настоящий момент находится и почему он не был объявлен подозреваемым в причастности к взрывам домов в Москве и Волгодонске в сентябре 1999 года.

All this led Mark Ulensh, editor of the Somnenie.Narod.Ru website, who works closely with the Public Commission, to the idea that it is Alexander Yuryevich Karmishin who is the mysterious "K.". It is not difficult to check whether a person named Karmishin works in the Cherkessk FSB. It is more difficult to answer the question of why the investigative bodies of Russia are silent.
Achimez Gochiyayev was accused of involvement in the September terrorist attacks only on the basis that basements of the bombed houses were rented by him and in his name. Meanwhile, the co-founder of his firm, whose existence is known to both the investigative bodies and the FSB, is not only not accused of involvement in the terrorist attacks, but is not even named. We do not call for rushing with accusations. We demand that the public be informed who Alexander Yuryevich Karmishin is, whether he is related to the FSB or other Russian security agencies, where he is currently located, and why he was not declared a suspect in involvement in the apartment bombings in Moscow and Volgodonsk in September 1999.
