This document contains a summary and partial transcript of a 2002 video interview with Achimez Shagabanovich Gochiyayev, the primary suspect in the 1999 apartment bombings in Moscow. Gochiyayev claims he was framed by an old school friend and FSB officer, referred to as 'K.', who allegedly tricked him into renting warehouses at Guryanova Street and Kashirskoye Highway for a food business. Gochiyayev asserts that upon realizing he was framed after the second blast, he contacted the police to report additional warehouses at Borisovskie Prudy and Kapotnya. The document details the acquisition of the tape via historian Yuri Felshtinsky and notes that the owners of the footage attempted to sell the full identities of 'K.' and an accomplice 'Kh.' for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Gochiyayev also denies links to Chechen commander Khattab, claiming official photos of them together are FSB-made photomontages, and alleges 'K.' visited Ryazan in early September 1999 for similar rental activities.
