Четыре года спустя Таня продолжает искать правду о преступлении

М.И.ТРЕПАШКИН: Я закончил высшую школу КГБ СССР, следственный факультет, потом работал почти десять лет в Лефортово. Начал там работать с младшего следователя, в следственном отделе КГБ , и закончил главным следователем по особо важным делам.
В органы безопасности я шёл конечно по убеждению. Даже не столько романтизм, как специфичность работы. Расследовал ,как я сказал, крупные международные группы контрабандистов произведениями искусства, а так же дела связанные с нелегальным провозом наркотиков. Я должен сказать, да, политическим сыском занимались, и были огромные подразделения, я если чуть-чуть увязать мой опыт с нынешними событиями, то в основном в системе ФСБ на руководящих должностях сегодня работают те, которые начинали именно в политическом сыске. Бывшее 5ое управление КГБ СССР.
Я ушёл из органов госбезопасности, из ФСБ уже, по той причине что я видел, что rukovoditeli уже не были заинтересованны в борьбе с преступностью.
То есть : есть террористы, ну и пускай растут до определённого времени, когда дадут комманду, ну тогда и будем с ними боротся. А то что люди при этом погибают, что идёт такой грубо говоря бардак, это их уже не интересовало. Им прежде всего звёзды, должностные положения - вот это для них было главным. Конкретная информация была, то же самое управление уже ФСБ, и когда-то КГБ СССР по городу Москве и Московской Области, что они всячески использовали коммерсантов для улучшению своего материального положения. Да ,они их прикрывали, включали в агентурный аппарат - не для того, чтобы они занимались безопасностью государства и граждан, а для того,чтобы они могли совершать всякие правонарушения, а их тронуть не могли, потому что «он негласный сотрудник органов безопасности». Вплоть до того, что шёл незаконный оборот оружия и наркотиков, который тоже прекрывался таким же способом. Потому что там тоже фигурировали большие деньги, с которыми они делились с некоторыми чинами КГБ СССР а в последующем ФСК да и ФСБ. Было даже немножко не приятно, потому что проработав столько в органах, и считая что на них возложены задачи столь честные и чистые по безопасности государства, и смотреть как они наоборот злоупотребляют своим служебным положением.
Вот так я оказался в адвоквтуре, с теми же задачами: защита своих граждан. Это лиц потерпевших при взрыве домов на Гурьянова и на Каширке, в частности сестёр Морозовых. Это связано с некоторыми лицами пострадавшими в Норд-Осте и другие. То есть те дела, которые почему-то у властей - защита тех лиц и представления интересов которых - вызывает не совсем адекватную реакцию.

М.И.ТРЕПАШКИН: Потом непонятно из дела - изменения фоторобота, почему же всё таки такое резкое изменение? Первоначальный ведь рисовался по описанию не одного человека, а нескольких?

М.И.ТРЕПАШКИН: В 1995 году здесь , в Москве, была задержана группа Радуевцев. Почему радуевцев? На момент задержания это известно не было . Я был сам участником этой операции - в то время ещё служил в федеральной службе контрразведки Российской Федерации. В Москве вырисовалась группа, в которую входили полевые командиры, которые приезжали сюда отдыхать, приезжали собирать финансовые средства .Версия о том, что главный исочник терроризма идёт из-за рубежа - она не совсем доказана. Да, были источники и оттуда, но по имеющейся информации значительнейшая часть поступала именно из центра России, из Москвы прежде всего. M.I. TREPASHKIN: I graduated from the Higher School of the KGB of the USSR, the investigative faculty, then worked for almost ten years in Lefortovo. I started working there as a junior investigator in the investigative department of the KGB, and finished as a senior investigator for particularly important cases.
I joined the security agencies, of course, out of conviction. Not so much romanticism as the specificity of the work. I investigated, as I said, large international groups of art smugglers, as well as cases related to illegal drug trafficking. I must say, yes, they were involved in political investigation, and there were huge units; if I link my experience slightly with current events, then basically in the FSB system today, those who started specifically in political investigation work in leadership positions. There was specific information, the same directorate, now of the FSB, and once of the KGB of the USSR for the city of Moscow and the Moscow Region, that they used businessmen in every possible way to improve their material situation. Yes, they covered for them, included them in the agent apparatus - not so that they would deal with the security of the state and citizens, but so that they could commit all sorts of offenses, and they couldn't be touched because "he is a covert employee of the security agencies." To the point that there was illegal trafficking of weapons and drugs, which was also covered up in the same way. Because large sums of money were also involved there, which they shared with some officials of the KGB of the USSR and subsequently the FSK and even the FSB. It was even a bit unpleasant, because after working so long in the agencies, and believing that they are entrusted with such honest and pure tasks for the security of the state, to watch how they, on the contrary, abuse their official position.
That's how I ended up in the legal profession, with the same tasks: protecting our citizens. These are the persons who suffered during the explosion of the houses on Guryanova and on Kashirka, in particular the Morozov sisters. This is connected with some persons who suffered in Nord-Ost and others. That is, those cases where for some reason the authorities' reaction to the protection of those persons and the representation of whose interests is not entirely adequate.
