зета", "Радио России", ОРТ, ТВ-6 и многие другие подняли вопрос на моем примере о том, что некоторые руководители ФСБ РФ блокируют работу по линии чеченского экстремизма, затронув и пассивную позицию Генеральной прокуратуры. Ни одна из публикаций, ни одна из программ не были оспорены со стороны ФСБ РФ и прокуратуры. Тем более, что суд признал именно мою правоту.
Тем не менее, в августе 1996 г. и в 1997 г. на меня совершались покушения со стороны сотрудников ГРУ и ФСБ. Материалы по фактам покушения проверялись и расследовались Главной военной прокуратурой и дела были необоснованно прекращены. Последние из известных мне эпизодов готовящегося на меня покушения расследовались совместно с делом по факту покушения на Березовского Б.А. Дело прекращено, несмотря на показания ранее мне незнакомых Гусака А., Шебалина В., Литвиненко А., Понькина А., Щеглова Г., Латышонка К. о том, что им давался приказ "проломить мне голову" и др.
Несколько раз меня пытались подставить под различные преступления. В частности, 20 декабря 1996 года был убит подполковник ГРУ Постовитюк И., которого я никогда в жизни не видел. Убит был при многих свидетелях. Однако из ГРУ и ФСБ поступила информация о якобы моей причастности к убийству. Позже выяснилось, что я ни при чем.
Таким же путем меня пытались подтянуть к убийству двух милиционеров на Таганке в тот же период времени. Мне был подброшен в багажник автомашины автомат Калашникова без приклада. Однако в момент задержания и досмотра автомашины сотрудниками милиции (явно по наводке указанию) он обнаружен не был (а может через них и подброшен). Уже после досмотра я обнаружил указанный автомат, разобрал его на части и разбросал по мусоросвалкам гор. Москвы. Сдать его я не мог, так как никогда не объяснил бы, откуда он у меня появился с учетом сложившейся ситуации.
В 1997-1998 гг. по указанию руководства ФСБ РФ и ГВП проводилась прокурорская проверка N Зук-37/98 в отношении меня по признакам разглашения сведений, якобы составляющих государственную тайну. Поводом для проверки послужило сфальсифицированное "Заключение о степени секретности сведений, содержащихся в материалах, переданных бывшим сотрудником ФСБ России Трепашкиным М.И. в СМИ, Государственную Думу и Генеральную прокуратуру Российской Федерации".
