HAS ESTABLISHED:

• On September 16, 1999, a terrorist act was committed in the city of Volgodonsk, as a result of which citizen Shapovalova L.V. suffered.
• taking into account that the criminal actions caused property [damage] to citizen Shapovalova L.V.
• guided by Art. 139 of the RSFSR Code of Criminal Procedure, Arts. 29, 53, 54, 58 and 137 of the RSFSR Code of Criminal Procedure,

HAS DECREED:

• To recognize Shapovalova L.V. as a victim and civil plaintiff in the present case for the amount of 10,500 rubles.

The victim and civil plaintiff Shapovalova L.V. has been explained that, in accordance with Art. 53 of the RSFSR Code of Criminal Procedure, they have the right:
* to provide evidence;
* file motions;
* familiarize themselves with all case materials from the moment the preliminary investigation is completed, participate in the trial;
* file challenges, lodge complaints against the actions of the person conducting the inquiry, the investigator, the prosecutor, and the court, as well as lodge complaints against the sentence and court ruling and the decrees of the people's judge.

In accordance with Art. 54 of the RSFSR Code of Criminal Procedure, they have the right:
* to provide evidence;
* file motions;
* participate in the trial;
* request the body: the inquiry body, the investigator, and the court to take measures to secure the filed claim;
* support the civil claim;
* familiarize themselves with the case materials from the moment the preliminary investigation is completed;
* file challenges;
* lodge complaints against the actions of the person conducting the inquiry, the investigator, the prosecutor, and the court, as well as lodge complaints against the sentence and court ruling in the part concerning the civil claim.
