* Complete the familiarization of the accused Adam Dekkushev and Yusuf Krymshamkhalov with the conclusions of the forensic examinations conducted in the criminal case (for Adam Dekkushev - about 50 examinations, for Yusuf Krymshamkhalov - about 1200 examinations).
* Complete the interrogations and recognition of about 150 persons who suffered from the terrorist act of September 8, 1999 in house No. 19 on Guryanova St. in Moscow as victims or civil plaintiffs in the case.
* Conduct a number of other investigative actions to consolidate the evidence collected in the criminal case, after which Adam Dekkushev and Yusuf Krymshamkhalov will need to be presented with new charges in full.
Upon completion of the planned investigative actions, it will be necessary to familiarize the victims and civil plaintiffs (over 1500 people), as well as the accused Adam Dekkushev and Yusuf Krymshamkhalov and their defense lawyers with the materials of the criminal case in accordance with Articles 216 and 217 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, after which an indictment will be drawn up.
