ESTABLISHED

In the present criminal case, Adam Dekkushev has been brought as an accused for committing crimes provided for by Part 3 of Article 205 and Part 3 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for the illegal manufacture, storage, and transportation of explosives and explosive devices and the commission of explosions of residential buildings in the cities of Moscow and Volgodonsk in September 1999.

During the commission of these crimes, significant property and moral damage was caused to a large number of individuals, many of whom during the preliminary investigation filed claims for its compensation, and who were recognized as civil plaintiffs.

Based on the foregoing and guided by Article 54 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation,

DECIDED

To involve Adam Osmanovich Dekkushev as a civil defendant in this criminal case, of which he is to be notified.
