главарей бандформирований Хаттаба и Абу Умара приказа по взрывам трех жилых домов в г.г. Москве и Волгодонске в сентябре 1999 г.
Таким образом, в ходе дальнейшего расследования указанных актов терроризма, в оставшийся срок содержания обвиняемого Деккушева под стражей не представляется возможным выполнить необходимые по делу следственные действия: предъявить Деккушеву новое обвинение в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных ч. 2 ст. 208; ч. 3 ст. 222; ч. 3 ст. 223; ч. 3 ст. 205; п.п. «а», «в», «д», «е», «ж» и «н» ч. 3 ст. 30 ч. 2 ст. 105; п.п. «а», «в», «д», «е», «ж» и «н» ч. 2 ст. 105 и ч. 2 ст. 322 УК РФ; дополнительно допросить его по всем эпизодам инкриминируемых деяний; ознакомить обвиняемого, его защитника и потерпевших с материалами уголовного дела, объем которого составляет более 40 томов; подготовить обвинительное заключение и направить его в Генеральную прокуратуру Российской Федерации.
На основании изложенного, руководствуясь ст. 109 УПК РФ,
ПОСТАНОВИЛ:
Ходатайствовать перед судом Лефортовским районным судом г. Москвы

Thus, in the course of further investigation of the specified acts of terrorism, within the remaining period of the accused Dekkushev's detention, it is not possible to perform the necessary investigative actions for the case:

• To present Adam Dekkushev with a new charge of committing crimes provided for by:
  • Part 2 of Art. 208
  • Part 3 of Art. 222
  • Part 3 of Art. 223
  • Part 3 of Art. 205
  • Paragraphs "a", "v", "d", "e", "zh" and "n" of Part 3 of Art. 30
  • Part 2 of Art. 105
  • Paragraphs "a", "v", "d", "e", "zh" and "n" of Part 2 of Art. 105 and Part 2 of Art. 322 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
• To additionally interrogate him on all episodes of the incriminated acts.
• To familiarize the accused, his defense counsel, and the victims with the materials of the criminal case, the volume of which is more than 40 volumes.
• To prepare an indictment and send it to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation.

Based on the foregoing, guided by Art. 109 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation,

DECIDED:
