In the present criminal case, for the manufacture, storage and transportation (grounds for imposing seizure are set out) of explosives and explosive devices and the commission of explosions of residential buildings in the cities of Moscow and Volgodonsk in September 1999, Adam Osmanovich Dekkushev has been brought as an accused for the commission of crimes provided for by Part 3 of Art. 205 and Part 3 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

In the commission of these crimes, significant property and moral damage was caused to a large number of individuals, many of whom during the preliminary investigation filed claims
