CONCLUSIONS

Having studied the submitted medical documents in the name of citizen Alla Viktorovna Dubinina, born in 1963, taking into account the circumstances of the case, in accordance with the questions posed, I come to the following conclusions:

• During the events of 16.09.99, citizen A.V. Dubinina sustained the following injuries:
  • A shrapnel wound to the right buttock, an abrasion on the skin of the occipital region, a closed craniocerebral injury in the form of a concussion.

The listed injuries arose from the action of explosion factors that occurred on 16.09.99 at 06:00 at the address Oktyabrskoye Highway No. 35 in Volgodonsk (blast wave, impact of secondary projectiles), and are qualified as injuries causing minor harm to health based on the criterion of short-term health disorder for no more than 3 weeks in accordance with paragraph 47.1 of the "Rules for Forensic Medical Examination of the Severity of Harm to Health".
