On the basis of the foregoing and guided by paragraph 9 of part two of Article 29, Articles 115 and 116 of the CCP RF,

HAS RESOLVED:

To petition the court, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow (name of the court) for the imposition of a seizure on property, including funds of individuals and legal entities held in accounts and deposits or in storage in banks and other credit organizations, securities, located at the address: Stavropol Krai, Predgorny District, Mirny settlement, Borgustanskaya Street, house 8 (specifically where: indicate the location of the property or the name of the bank or other credit organization and the account/deposit number), belonging to the accused Krymshamkhalov Yusuf Ibragimovich (surname, first name, patronymic of the person whose property is being seized)
