DECREE

on accepting a criminal case for proceedings

Senior Investigator of the Prosecutor's Office of the city of Kislovodsk, Junior Counselor of Justice E.Yu. Arefyev, having reviewed the materials of criminal case No. 22073,

HAS ESTABLISHED:

• This criminal case was initiated by the Prosecutor of the city of Kislovodsk on the grounds of a crime provided for by Part 1 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and was transferred to me for the conduct of a preliminary investigation.

Based on the foregoing, guided by the requirements of Article 129 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR,

HAS DECREED:

1. To accept criminal case No. 22073, initiated on the grounds of a crime provided for by Part 1 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, for my proceedings.
2. To send a copy of this decree to the Prosecutor of the city of Kislovodsk.
