We, employees of the forensic laboratory of military unit 34435, Bogdanov Vladimir Mikhailovich, Zhavoronok Olga Viktorovna, and Semin Valery Viktorovich, in connection with the assignment to conduct an explosives forensic examination in criminal case No. 22073, have been warned by the head of the expert institution under Art. 307 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation about liability for providing a knowingly false opinion and under Art. 310 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation about liability for disclosure of preliminary investigation data.

In accordance with Art. 187 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR, the rights and duties of an expert, as provided for in Art. 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR, have been explained to us.

* Bogdanov Vladimir Mikhailovich (higher technical education, specialty: metallurgical engineer, 15 years of expert work experience, position held: leading expert)
* Zhavoronok Olga Viktorovna (higher technical education, specialty: chemical technologist, 4 years of expert work experience, position held: senior expert)
* Semin Valery Viktorovich (higher technical education, specialty: process engineer, 9 years of expert work experience, position held: senior expert)

Based on the resolution dated October 20, 1999, by the head of the investigative group of the Service for the KMV of the Directorate of the FSB of Russia for the Stavropol Territory, Lieutenant Colonel of Justice Enin V.G., conducted a forensic examination from November 1, 1999, to February 7, 2000, based on the materials of criminal case No. 22073.

In accordance with the resolution, the following objects were placed at the disposal of the experts:
* Items and objects seized during the inspection on September 20, 1999, of warehouse 2 of the "Realbaza khleboproduktov" (Grain Products Realbase) in Kislovodsk, in two plastic bags.
