Duties

• 2: Studies traffic conditions on local, departmental roads, and the street network of settlements. Prepares proposals aimed at improving traffic for the city's executive bodies, road-communal, railway, and other organizations.

• 5: Participates in annual comprehensive inspections of district roads (except for roads listed in the regional administration order No. 776-rz dated 12/29/93), streets in settlements, railway crossings, and other structures. • 6: Carries out control and special inspections of roads, railway crossings, and other structures. Takes appropriate measures against officials who failed to ensure the timely elimination of deficiencies in their condition.
