It has been explained to me that according to Art. 73-74 of the CCP RF, a witness is obliged to appear upon the summons of the investigator, may be interrogated about any circumstances to be established in this criminal case, and is obliged to give truthful testimony; to report everything known about the case and answer the questions posed.

I understand that in accordance with Art. 160 of the CCP RF, I have the right to write the testimony in my own hand, to familiarize myself with the protocol after the interrogation and to demand its supplementation, the making of corrections to it, which are subject to mandatory inclusion in the protocol.

Regarding the substance of the questions asked, I explain the following: Previously I was interrogated as a witness by an FSB investigator. At that time, I did not state everything that I know about the case. At the present time, I want to voluntarily and truthfully tell everything that I know. In LLC 'KMV-Telecom Mobile Communications Center' I have been working for a year as a manager. My duties include explaining to clients the procedure and conditions for providing mobile communications, as well as concluding contracts. According to the existing instructions, which came to us from the city of Stavropol, when concluding contracts with citizens for the provision of mobile communications, passports must be required from the clients.
