Building Condition Observations

• The entrance doors in the entryway are missing.
• On the 3rd floor in the 1st entrance, there are chipped parts from the lower slab in the area of the balcony floors.
• On the 6th floor of this building, window openings are missing.
• Window frames on balconies and bay windows are missing; glass fragments are present only on the 8th and 9th floors.
• On the adjacent territory, there are fragments of glass, window frames, and household property.
• A gas pipe runs along the perimeter of the building at the height of the 2nd floor; no damage was found during the inspection.
• In apartments where there are grilles, the grilles are not damaged; above the entrances, there are "cobra" lamps which are turned to the left.
• In the 5th entrance of this building on the 9th floor, on the right side on the balcony facing the courtyard, there is a chip, measuring 70 x 50 cm.
• No visible cracks were found during the inspection of the building.
