Front Side

• The front side of the house faces the OVR-2 (or OVD-2).
• The house is nine-story and consists of three sections, each with an entrance.
• The numbering of the entrances goes from left to right.
• The house is brick.
• On every floor and in every apartment, glass, window frames, and balcony frames are missing; broken glass is scattered in the windows of the house.
• Near the house, within a radius of ten meters, glass shards lie on the ground, as well as fragments of window and balcony frames.
• The structures of the house are not altered.
• In the third section on the fifth floor, there are cracks on the balcony.
• Any other cracks in the house are absent.

Rear Side

• On the rear side of the house, in all sections and entrances on all floors, glass, glass frames, as well as fragments of window and balcony frames are missing from the windows.
• On the rear side, cracks in the house are absent.
• Near the house, within a radius of 15 meters, glass and also pieces of frames lie on the ground.
