8 часов «16» сентября 1999 г. прибыл на место и с
8 часов 35 минут по 16.00 часов 16.09 1999 г. при ясно
произвел в соответствии со ст.ст. 179 и 182 УПК РФ осмотр места происшествия. Местом осмотра является:
ул. Гагарина, 50 г. Волгодонска
Перед осмотром понятым разъяснены их права и обязанности.
Осмотром установлено следующее: дом панельный, девятиэтажный, в доме три подъезда. С левой стороны дома в квартирах отсутствуют стекла на всех этажах.

In connection with a report received on September 16, 1999 at 6 o'clock about a terrorist act.

At 8 o'clock on September 16, 1999, arrived at the scene and from 8:35 AM to 4:00 PM on September 16, 1999, under clear [weather conditions] conducted, in accordance with Articles 179 and 182 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, an inspection of the scene of the incident. The place of inspection is:
ul. Gagarina, 50, Volgodonsk

Before the inspection, the witnesses were explained their rights and duties.

The inspection established the following:
* The house is panel, nine-story, there are three entrances in the house.
* On the left side of the house, glass is missing in the apartments on all floors.
