Investigator of the Investigative Department of the District Internal Affairs Department (SO OVD) "Tekstilshchiki" and the Internal Affairs Directorate of the South-Eastern Administrative Okrug (UVD YuVAO) of Moscow, Militsiya Lieutenant of Justice Gelman O.S., with the participation of operational officer Ivanov A.V., in the presence of attesting witnesses:

On the basis of Articles 178 and 179 of the RSFSR Code of Criminal Procedure, an inspection of the scene of the incident in apartment 43 in house 13 on Guryanova St. was conducted.

In accordance with Article 182 of the RSFSR Code of Criminal Procedure, this protocol has been drawn up. Before the start of the inspection, the participants were explained their right to be present during all actions carried out during the inspection process and to make statements to be entered into the protocol.
