Protocol text:

On the basis of Art. 178 and 179 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR, conducted an inspection of the scene of the incident in apartment 46, bldg. 13 on Grayvoronovskaya St. in Moscow.
In accordance with Art. 182 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR, drew up this protocol. Before the start of the inspection, the participants were explained their right to be present during all actions carried out during the inspection process and to make statements to be included in the protocol.
