INSPECTION PROTOCOL

Inspection started at "11" hours "20" min.

Forensic prosecutor of the SEAD (South-Eastern Administrative District) Prosecutor's Office of Moscow, Vorobeynik N.O., together with the senior assistant prosecutor of the SEAD of Moscow, S.A. Zakharov, in connection with (investigation of a crime — which one; discovery of a crime, a corpse with signs of violent death, etc.) guided by Art. 178, 179, 180 of the CCP of the RSFSR, conducted an inspection of house 19, Guryanova St., Moscow, entrance 2 at the specified address (crime scene, corpse of so-and-so, premises, terrain, etc., place of inspection) in accordance with the requirements of Art. 141, 182 of the CCP of the RSFSR, drew up this protocol.

The inspection was carried out with the participation of witnesses:

• Kodakov Viktor Vasilyevich - Moscow, Simonovsky Val St., 26, bldg. 2, apt. 82. (surname, first name, patronymic, place of residence)

Specialists participate in the inspection: without the participation of specialists (forensic medic, NTO employee, etc., surname, initials, if necessary indicate place of work)

The specialists were explained their rights and duties provided for by Art. 133* of the CCP of the RSFSR, and they were warned of responsibility for refusal or evasion from performing their duties.

The inspection is attended by: forensic prosecutor of the SEAD Prosecutor's Office of Moscow, Vorobeynik N.O. (prosecutor, forensic prosecutor, police officer, suspect, victim, witness, surnames, initials)

The above-mentioned persons, in accordance with Art. 141 of the CCP of the RSFSR, were explained their right to make statements regarding the actions performed, to familiarize themselves with the protocol and make comments on it, subject to entry in the protocol. Witnesses, in addition, were explained their duty, provided for by Art. 135 of the CCP of the RSFSR, to certify the fact, content and results of the inspection.

On the basis of Art. 141 of the CCP of the RSFSR, the participants of the inspection were notified of the use by (investigator, accused, forensic prosecutor, specialist — his surname, i., p.)

Forensic equipment was not used. (photo, filming, sound, video recording) (name of the apparatus, type of film, speed of its movement, other technical characteristics of recording, filming)

The inspection was carried out under natural light, in sunny weather, air t° +24°C. (lighting conditions, if necessary, weather conditions, air temperature, other data)

1.
