Answer: On the afternoon of September 16, 1999, when the explosion in Volgodonsk occurred, I had already arrived in Serzhen-Yurt in my "Moskvich". I stopped by the camp where the emir (commander) was the Arab Abu Umar, about whom I have already given testimony. Timur Batchaev and Yusuf Krymshamkhalov were already there. We met and talked.
