Regarding the substance of the questions raised, we inform you that the criminal case of interest to you is being handled by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation, where a preliminary investigation is currently underway.
In accordance with Article 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation, data from a preliminary investigation may be made public only with the permission of the prosecutor, investigator, or inquirer, and only to the extent that they deem permissible, and also if disclosure does not contradict the interests of the preliminary investigation and is not associated with an infringement on the rights and legitimate interests of the participants in the criminal proceedings.
