Kapanadze, information was provided about the testimony of the accused in criminal case No. 103, A.O. Dekkushev, detained on July 14, 2002. Based on Article 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (inadmissibility of disclosing preliminary investigation data), the response addressed to you was sent with a "secret" classification.
Due to the fact that at the present time the information regarding Dekkushev is not secret, the open use of the materials previously provided to you does not entail legal consequences.
