Investigative and judicial bodies have turned to arbitrariness in their actions.
We, volunteers, are forced to take measures against the power of the rulers and their henchmen.
For example, in the Ostankino court, judge Nabatova ordered the arrest in the courtroom of Russian citizen Natalya Viktorovna Zander, mother of two young minor children, who also supports two elderly parents, group 2 disabled.
We demand the release of Natalya Viktorovna Zander by September 1, 1999. Otherwise, every 7 days, communications, buildings, etc. will be blown up.

I believe that during the interrogations that took place during my detention in September 1999, I wrote this handwritten appeal, i.e., the writing of this text was possible after the 1999 bombings in early September 1999. The interrogations were conducted by FSB officers.
