другими участниками организованной группы осуществил в г. Москве взрывы двух многоквартирных домов, расположенных по адресам: ул. Гурьянова, д. 19 и Каширское шоссе, д. 6, корп. 3. В результате взрывов погибли 223 человека, более 150 жителей получили ранения различной степени тяжести, а дома были разрушены. В ходе следствия подэкспертный давал достаточно подробные и последовательные признательные показания (протоколы в уголовном деле). В следственном изоляторе испытуемый 07.12.02г. и 09.12.02г. осматривался врачом, устанавливался диагноз: "Огнестрельный многооскольчатый перелом 1 плюсневой кости левой стопы", получал соответствующее лечение (сведения из личного дела, медицинской книжки заключенного). При настоящем освидетельствовании подэкспертного в Государственном научном центре социальной и судебной психиатрии им. В.П. Сербского установлено следующее. СОМАТИЧЕСКОЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ. По внутренним органам без физикально определяемой патологии. На коже левой стопы шрам от пулевого ранения. НЕВРОЛОГИЧЕСКОЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ. Травматические шрамы на левой щеке и нижней губе. Следы входного и выходного отверстия на своде и внутренней боковой поверхности левой стопы. При взгляде в стороны возникает крупноразмашистый нистагм. Отмечается скрытая диссинергия взора к наружным углам глаз. Ослаблена конвергенция с 2-х сторон. Сухожильные и периостальные рефлексы высокие с рук и ног, анизорефлексия - слева рефлексы выше. Положительный рефлекс Бабинского с 2-х сторон, слева тоничнее. Отмечаются признаки легкой статической атаксии, отклоняется влево при выполнении координаторных проб. Умеренный гипергидроз стоп и кистей. Заключение: «Отдаленные последствия закрытой черепно-мозговой травмы. Состояние после огнестрельного ранения левой стопы». ПСИХИЧЕСКОЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ. Сознание ясное. Правильно ориентирован в месте, времени, собственной личности. Держится свободно, мимика адекватная, настроение ситуационно снижено. Контакту доступен. Русским языком владеет в достаточном объеме. • The subject, along with other members of the organized group, carried out the explosions of two apartment buildings in Moscow, located at the addresses: 19 Guryanova St. and 6 Kashirskoye Shosse, bldg. 3.
• As a result of the explosions, 223 people died, more than 150 residents sustained injuries of varying degrees of severity, and the buildings were destroyed.
• During the investigation, the subject gave sufficiently detailed and consistent confessionary testimony (protocols in the criminal case).
• In the pre-trial detention center, the subject was examined by a doctor on 07.12.02 and 09.12.02; a diagnosis was established: "Gunshot multi-fragmentary fracture of the 1st metatarsal bone of the left foot," and he received appropriate treatment (information from the personal file, the prisoner's medical record).

Current Examination Findings

During the current examination of the subject at the V.P. Serbsky State Scientific Center for Social and Forensic Psychiatry, the following was established:

Somatic Condition

• Internal organs without physically detectable pathology.
• On the skin of the left foot, there is a scar from a bullet wound.

Neurological Condition

• Traumatic scars on the left cheek and lower lip.
• Traces of entry and exit holes on the arch and inner lateral surface of the left foot.
• When looking to the sides, coarse nystagmus occurs.
• Latent dyssynergia of gaze toward the outer corners of the eyes is noted.
• Convergence is weakened on both sides.
• Tendon and periosteal reflexes are high in the arms and legs, anisoreflexia — reflexes are higher on the left.
• Positive Babinski reflex on both sides, more tonic on the left.
• Signs of mild static ataxia are noted; he deviates to the left when performing coordination tests.
• Moderate hyperhidrosis of the feet and hands.

Conclusion: "Long-term consequences of closed traumatic brain injury. Condition after a gunshot wound to the left foot."

• Consciousness is clear.
