"перепродажей" овощей и фруктов. В 1988г. он женился, имеет двоих детей, в последнее время отношения с женой не поддерживал. Ранее он не судим, на учете у психиатра и нарколога не состоит (справки в уг деле). Как следует из материалов уголовного дела, Деккушеву Адаму Османовичу предъявлено обвинение в совершении в составе организованной группы взрывов двух жилых домов в г. Москве, причинивших значительный имущественный ущерб и повлекших гибель большого количества людей, а также в совершении в составе организованной группы незаконных приобретения, хранения и перевозки взрывчатых веществ и взрывных устройств, то есть совершении преступлений, предусмотренных ч. 3 ст. 205 и ч. 3 ст. 222 УК РФ. В предъявленном обвинении Деккушев А.О. признал себя виновным полностью и показал, что летом 1999 году, находясь на территории Чечни получил указание от руководителей незаконных вооруженных формирований (НВФ) Хаттаба и Абу Умара закупить в г. Волгограде алюминиевую пудру, что он и сделал, доставив ее в пос. Мирный около г. Кисловодска. Туда же он доставил закупленные им в н.п. Эркен-Шахар мешки из-под сахара. Позднее с помощью бетономешалки были смешаны алюминиевая пудра и аммиачная селитра, в результате чего было изготовлено взрывчатое вещество (ВВ). Часть ВВ, упакованная в приобретенные мешки из-под сахара, была доставлена в г. Москву, где с ее помощью в сентябре 1999 года были взорваны жилые дома. Оставшееся ВВ (около 5 тонн) Деккушев А.О. вместе с Батчаевым Т. и Крымшамхаловым Ю. по указанию Абу Умара доставил на автомобиле КАМАЗ в г. Волгодонск, где был произведен взрыв рядом с жилым домом, что привело к его разрушению и человеческим жертвам. Из показаний Деккушева А.О. усматривается, что в 16 лет он получил сотрясение мозга и несколько дней находился в реанимации. Также он принимал активное участие в боевых действиях в рядах НВФ на территории Чеченской Республики, однако, по его утверждению, ранений и контузий не получал. As follows from the materials of the criminal case, Adam Osmanovich Dekkushev has been charged with the commission, as part of an organized group, of the bombings of two residential buildings in Moscow, which caused significant property damage and resulted in the deaths of a large number of people, as well as the commission, as part of an organized group, of the illegal acquisition, storage, and transportation of explosives and explosive devices, i.e., the commission of crimes provided for by Part 3 of Art. 205 and Part 3 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. In the charges brought against him, A.O. Dekkushev pleaded fully guilty and testified that in the summer of 1999, while on the territory of Chechnya, he received instructions from the leaders of illegal armed formations (IAF) Khattab and Abu Umar to purchase aluminum powder in Volgograd, which he did, delivering it to the settlement of Mirny near Kislovodsk. To the same location, he delivered sugar bags he had purchased in the settlement of Erken-Shakhar. Later, using a concrete mixer, the aluminum powder and ammonium nitrate were mixed, resulting in the production of an explosive substance (ES). Part of the ES, packed in the purchased sugar bags, was delivered to Moscow, where it was used to blow up residential buildings in September 1999. The remaining ES (about 5 tons) was delivered by A.O. Dekkushev, along with T. Batchayev and Yu. Krymshamkhalov, on the instructions of Abu Umar, in a KAMAZ truck to Volgodonsk, where an explosion was carried out near a residential building, leading to its destruction and human casualties. From the testimony of A.O. Dekkushev, it appears that at the age of 16 he suffered a concussion and spent several days in intensive care. He also took an active part in combat operations in the ranks of the IAF on the territory of the Chechen Republic, although, according to his claim, he received no wounds or concussions. During interrogations, A.O. Dekkushev behaves adequately, his speech is coherent and clear.
