товарищ, с которым я не виделся почти с самой школы его зовут Дышеков Рамазан. Он мне сказал, что работает и живет в Москве, занимается реализацией продуктов питания. В последствии он еще несколько раз заходил и как-то он предложил мне заняться с ним реализацией минеральной воды и попросил меня найти ему воду. У меня на фирме работал один мой земляк его звали Чичиков Рауль, я поручил ему это дело и в дальнейшем работу от моей фирмы с Рамазаном вел Рауль. Работа у нас шла нормально, Рамазан во время расплачивался не каких проблем не было. Через некоторое время Рамазан попросил меня помочь ему арендовать помещения под склады на юге Москвы и в городе Рязане, он сказал, что у него в этих районах есть хорошие точки реализации. Я попросил Рауля чтобы он занялся поиском этих помещений, он нашел много вариантов и предложил их Рамазану, тот в свою очередь отобрал подходящие для него помещения. Я дал им деньги на аренду этих помещений и они вдвоем занялись арендой. Рамазан сам лично арендовывал эти помещения под свою фирму.
Когда произошел взрыв в доме на Гурьянова я находился в гостях и мне на мобильный позвонил Рамазан, он говорил, что у него срочное дело и нужно встретится, он спрашивал где я нахожусь звонил он под утро часов 5, я ему сказал, что приеду сам и стал собираться. И когда уже собирался выйти из дома я увидел в новостях по телевизору, что произошло. Я сразу поехал затем позвонил в милицию и в службу спасения и сказал про помещения и Копотке и совских прудах и в Колотне и после этого я покинул Москву и вернулся в Карачаево-Черкесию. Дома от своего брата который в то время работал в уголовном розыске, я узнал, что меня сильно ищут и у них есть не гласный приказ из Москвы меня живым не брать, и с того времени по сегодняшний день я вынужден скрываться. Сейчас я знаю, что Дышеков Рамазан работает официально в ФСБ, в то время некто даже не мог догадываться о каких либо его связях с ФСБ, он тогда был скрытым агентом. Чичиков Рауль который вел с Рамазаном дела от моей фирмы, через короткое время после этих событий был убит его труп был найден в поселке «Московский» Карачаево-Черкесской республики, его убили а тело пытались сжечь. Таким образом ФСБ устранило главного свидетеля в этом деле.
Мои родственники и друзья подвергаются жесточайшему прессу со стороны ФСБ их постоянно допрашивают и обыскивают. Моя сестра была вынужденна уехать с республики, после того как ее с малолетней дочерью сотрудники ФСБ вывезли на кладбище и угрожая убить ребенка требовали у нее, что бы она дала интервью в прессу, что я мог это сделать и что я психически не уравновешенный человек и после этого она боясь за жизнь своих детей была вынуждена уехать.

На сайте ФСБ помещена фотография молодого человека в черной кепке с бородой и это фотографию ФСБ приводит как доказательство в свою пользу, я заявляю, что это ложь человек изображенный на этой фотографии не я. Это можно убедится даже если сравним внимательно мою фотографию и фотографию этого человека. Кроме этого проводилась экспертиза и по результатам которой было доказано, что этот человек не я. Вот на такой наглой лжи, ФСБ строит все обвинения против меня. Сразу после взрывов по телевидению показали мою фотографию и было сказано, что это фотография человека арендовавшего эти помещения и якобы это фотография с ксерокопии паспорта оставленного в одной из риэлторских контор. Но эта фотография идентична фотографии в моем настоящем паспорте, а как мы все знаем, когда человек получает паспорт, то копия фотографии остается в паспортном столе, и когда ФСБ фабриковало это дело против меня, то им не составило труда взять копию фотографии и показать ее по телевидению. Здесь не маловажный факт, показания того человека который сдал помещение на Гурьянова. Он не узнал в моей фотографии человека которому сдал в аренду свое помещение. И под то описание внешности которому он арендовал свое помещение подходит Дышеков Рамазан, я думаю если ему показать фотографию Рамазана, то

A comrade I hadn't seen since almost school days, his name is Ramazan Dyshekov. He told me that he works and lives in Moscow, engaged in the sale of food products. I gave them money for the rent of these premises, and the two of them handled the rental. Ramazan himself personally rented these premises for his company.

When the explosion occurred in the house on Guryanova, I was visiting, and Ramazan called me on my mobile; he said that he had an urgent matter and we needed to meet; he asked where I was, calling towards morning around 5 o'clock; I told him that I would come myself and began to get ready. And when I was already about to leave the house, I saw on the news on TV what had happened. I immediately went, then called the police and the rescue service and told them about the premises and Kopotevsky ponds and in Kolotna, and after that I left Moscow and returned to Karachay-Cherkessia. At home, from my brother who at that time worked in the criminal investigation department, I learned that they were searching for me intensely and they had an unspoken order from Moscow not to take me alive, and from that time until today I have been forced to hide. False Evidence Presented by the FSB

On the FSB website, there is a photo of a young man in a black cap with a beard, and the FSB presents this photo as evidence in its favor; I declare that this is a lie, the person depicted in this photo is not me. This can be seen even if we carefully compare my photo and the photo of this person. In addition, an expert examination was conducted, the results of which proved that this person is not me. It is on such blatant lies that the FSB builds all the charges against me. Immediately after the explosions, my photo was shown on television and it was said that this was a photo of the person who rented these premises and allegedly this is a photo from a photocopy of a passport left in one of the real estate offices. But this photo is identical to the photo in my real passport, and as we all know, when a person receives a passport, a copy of the photo remains in the passport office, and when the FSB fabricated this case against me, it was not difficult for them to take a copy of the photo and show it on television. Here is a significant fact: the testimony of the person who rented out the premises on Guryanova. He did not recognize in my photo the person to whom he rented his premises.
