ДЕПУТАТСКИЙ ЗАПРОС

Уважаемый Владимир Васильевич!

В сентябре 1999 года взрывы жилых домов в городах Москве и Волгодонске, а также предотвращенный террористический акт в городе Рязани, по версии тогдашнего Министра МВД В. Рушайло, или проведение учений ФСБ, по версии Директора ФСБ Н. Патрушева, потрясли всю страну. Несмотря на многочисленные заявления о том, что преступники установлены, до сих пор неясно, кто виноват в гибели сотен мирных жителей, на основании каких правовых документов проводились учения в г. Рязани, если верить версии Н.Патрушева, и т.д.
Ставим Вас в известность, что 172 депутата Государственной Думы (к сожалению, для принятия положительного решения необходимо не менее 226 голосов) проголосовали за создание парламентской комиссии по изучению обстоятельств взрывов. Против проголосовало только 13 депутатов.
Учитывая общественную значимость произошедших трагических событий сентября 1999 года, ряд депутатов и видных общественных деятелей приняли решение о формировании Общественной комиссии по расследованию обстоятельств взрывов жилых домов в городах Москве, Волгодонске и проведения учений ФСБ в городе Рязани.
Комиссия создана исключительно в целях установления истины, так как в обществе распространены различные версии этих событий, в том числе

In September 1999, the bombings of residential buildings in the cities of Moscow and Volgodonsk, as well as the prevented terrorist act in the city of Ryazan, according to the version of the then Minister of Internal Affairs V. Rushailo, or the conduct of FSB exercises, according to the version of FSB Director N. Patrushev, shocked the entire country. Despite numerous statements that the perpetrators have been identified, it is still unclear who is to blame for the deaths of hundreds of peaceful residents, on the basis of which legal documents the exercises in the city of Ryazan were conducted, if one is to believe N. Patrushev's version, etc.

We are informing you that 172 deputies of the State Duma (unfortunately, at least 226 votes are required to adopt a positive decision) voted for the creation of a parliamentary commission to study the circumstances of the bombings. Only 13 deputies voted against.

Taking into account the public significance of the tragic events of September 1999, a number of deputies and prominent public figures have decided to form a Public Commission to investigate the circumstances of the bombings of residential buildings in the cities of Moscow and Volgodonsk and the conduct of FSB exercises in the city of Ryazan.
