Dear Sergey Adamovich!
The Main Directorate for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations (GOChS) of Moscow received a report of an explosive device planted in a basement at 16/2 Borisovskie Prudy St. at 14:08 on September 13, 2000, from the duty officer of the Center for Emergency Medical Assistance (TsEMP). The head of the GOChS Directorate for the Southern Administrative District (YuAO), Colonel Yu.N. Akimov, and rescuers from search and rescue squad No. 4 went to the discovery site.
On September 13, 2000, no reports of planted explosives in buildings in the Kapotnya district were received.
