The Stavropol Krai Prosecutor's Office has sent to court a criminal case against a policeman from Kislovodsk accused of aiding the terrorists who blew up residential buildings in Moscow and Volgodonsk in 1999. According to the investigation, the accused, while serving as a GIBDD (traffic police) officer, personally escorted a 'KamAZ' truck loaded with explosives from Karachay-Cherkessia to a secret terrorist base in Kislovodsk in exchange for a bribe.
