Конечно, откладывать совершенно невозможно, проявлять такую трусость в этой ситуации, а ничем иным это я не назову. Просто неприлично для страны, которая воюет, и для органов власти, которые должны отвечать соответственно моменту.
По поводу ответственности я хочу сказать господину Жириновскому, что надо было голосовать за импичмент и не морочить голову. За импичмент по Чечне.
(Шум в зале).
Что касается завтрашнего заседания, то я полагаю, что необходимо запланировать с 10 до 14 часов вопрос о ситуации на Северном Кавказе и о террористических актах в Российской Федерации. По этому вопросу, мне кажется, можно заслушать информацию Министра обороны, Министра внутренних дел, Директора ФСБ и обменяться мнениями. Выступят руководители фракций. Не предопределяя, какие документы мы будем принимать. Потому что сейчас пока еще говорить о том, что мы способны сделать что-то содержательное пока рано. Если удастся сделать нам постановление хорошее, значит, хорошо, значит, примем завтра. Не удастся, значит, не удастся.

Уважаемые коллеги, первое что я хочу сказать, я убедительно прошу всех лидеров фракций и всех остальных, когда мы будем обсуждать ситуацию в Дагестане и так далее, очень взвешенно подойти к тому, что вы будете говорить. Там, в Дагестане, военные и все остальные именно боятся, что мы в своих дебатах уйдем от основного вопроса, что нам там надо делать, как закончить все это дело, и перейдем опять к выяснению взаимоотношений друг с другом.
