По подобному сценарию строиться все обвинение, что явно показывает их политическую окраску. Дошло до того что «эксперты» из ФСБ стали утверждать, что в Законе «Об оперативно- розыскной деятельности» среди органов, осуществляющих розыскную деятельность, появился КГБ СССР!
Меня давят, держат под стражей и судом вовсе не по законам России, не по Конституции Российской Федерации, а какими-то беспредельными бандитскими методами.

Факты биографии
Военная служба Михаила Трепашкина началась на атомном подводном флоте. После срочной службы он поступил в Высшую школу КГБ. С 1976 года - следователь в следственном управлении КГБ, специализировался на делах о контрабанде культурных ценностей и произведений искусства.
В 90-х годах работал в управлении собственной безопасности ФСБ. Его начальником был Николай Патрушев, нынешний шеф ФСБ. Среди успешных дел Трепашкина - разоблачение в 1995 году преступной группы в ФСБ и ГРУ, которая занималась продажей оружия в Чечню. Однако дело приказали закрыть. Возник конфликт с начальством. В том же году он был уволен из органов. В начале 1996 подал в суд на ФСБ за незаконное увольнение, и суд его иск удовлетворил. Но решение суда так и не было выполнено.
В начале 1997 года на Трепашкина было совершено нападение на улице, его избили. К этому времени он дал

• Mikhail Trepashkin's military service began in the nuclear submarine fleet.
• After his conscription service, he entered the Higher School of the KGB.
• Since 1976, he was an investigator in the KGB investigation department, specializing in cases of smuggling cultural property and works of art.
