и Деккушевым А.О. незаконно изготовил из данных взрывчатого вещества и средств его подрыва взрывное устройство с использованием самодельного электрического взрывателя замедленного действия с электронным таймером. разместив его там же, в фургоне автомобиля. 15 сентября 1999 г. Деккушев А.О., продолжая реализацию преступного умысла организованной группы и введя в заблуждение бывшего владельца упомянутого выше автомобиля «ГАЗ-53» Искендерова А.И.-оглы. при помощи последнего припарковал этот автомобиль с находившимся в его фургоне поставленным на боевой взвод взрывным устройством к подъезду № 4 дома № 35 на Октябрьском шоссе в г. Волгодонске.
В сентябре 1999 г. Крымшамхалов Ю.И., реализовывая планы организованной группы по проведению серии крупномасштабных актов терроризма в Российской Федерации в целях устрашения населения и оказания воздействия на принятие решений органами власти и действуя совместно с Деккушевым А.О., Батчаевым Т.А., Гочияевым А.Ш., Батчаевым З.А., Сайтаковым Д.Ф., Абаевым Х.М., Цокиевым М.Д. и неустановленными лицами, лично и при непосредственном исполнении названных выше участников организованной группы совершил с использованием изготовленного и доставленного ими в города Москву и Волгодонск взрывчатого вещества и средств его подрыва взрывы двух жилых многоквартирных домов с находившимися в них людьми в г. Москве и подрыв взрывного устройства большой мощности у жилого многоквартирного дома с находившимися в нём людьми в г. Волгодонске.
Так, 8 сентября 1999 г. примерно в 24 часа Гочияев А.Ш., Батчаев З.А., Сайтаков Д.Ф., Абаев Х.М. и неустановленные лица, использовав самодельное взрывное устройство большой мощности с электрическим взрывателем замедленного действия с электронным таймером, располагавшееся в арендованном Гочияевым А.Ш. нежилом помещении на 1 этаже в доме № 19 по ул. Гурьянова в г. Москве, совершили взрыв этого 9-ти этажного 6-ти подъездного жилого дома, в результате чего 100 человек погибли, 690 человек получили ранения различной степени тяжести или пострадали в той или иной мере, получив моральную травму, а кроме того, государству и гражданам в связи с разрушением жилых домов № 19 и № 17 на ул. Гурьянова и повреждением прилегающих к эпицентру взрыва жилых домов был причинён значительный материальный ущерб на сумму не менее 360221700 (трёхсот шестидесяти миллионов двухсот двадцати одной тысячи семисот) рублей.
Incident Details

- On September 15, 1999, Dekkushev A.O., continuing the criminal intent of the organized group and having misled the former owner of the "GAZ-53" vehicle, Iskenderov A.I., with the help of the latter, parked this vehicle, with the explosive device set to the armed position in its van, near entrance No. 4 of building No. 35 on Oktyabrskoye Shosse in the city of Volgodonsk.
Terrorist Acts in September 1999
- In September 1999, Krymshamkhalov Yu.I., implementing the plans of an organized group to carry out a series of large-scale acts of terrorism in the Russian Federation for the purpose of intimidating the population and influencing decision-making by government authorities, and acting jointly with Dekkushev A.O., Batchayev T.A., Gochiyayev A.Sh., Batchayev Z.A., Saitakov D.F., Abayev Kh.M., Tsokiyev M.D., and unidentified persons, personally and with the direct execution of the above-named participants of the organized group, committed the following:
- Bombings of two residential apartment buildings with people inside in the city of Moscow, using explosive substances and means of detonation manufactured and delivered by them.
- Detonation of a high-power explosive device near a residential apartment building with people inside in the city of Volgodonsk, using explosive substances and means of detonation manufactured and delivered by them.
Explosion in Moscow
- On September 8, 1999, at approximately 24:00, Gochiyayev A.Sh., Batchayev Z.A., Saitakov D.F., Abayev Kh.M., and unidentified persons, using a high-power homemade explosive device with a delayed-action electric detonator and an electronic timer, located in a non-residential premises rented by Gochiyayev A.Sh. on the 1st floor of building No. 19 on Guryanova St. in Moscow, carried out the explosion of this 9-story, 6-entrance residential building.
- The consequences of this explosion included:
- 100 people died.
- 690 people received injuries of varying degrees of severity or suffered in one way or another, receiving moral trauma.
- Significant material damage was caused to the state and citizens in connection with the destruction of residential buildings No. 19 and No. 17 on Guryanova St. and damage to residential buildings adjacent to the epicenter of the explosion, amounting to at least 360,221,700 (three hundred sixty million two hundred twenty-one thousand seven hundred) rubles.
