Каширском шоссе, я окончательно понял, что меня подставили.
Я сразу позвонил в милицию, в скорую даже в службу спасения 911 и сообщил о складах на Борисовских прудах и Капотне, где после этого взрывы удалось предотвратить. Меня объявили подозреваемым, затем организатором и с тех пор мне приходится скрываться. Анализируя все эти события я прихожу к выводу, что весь этот чудовищный план был разработан и реализован теми людьми которым это тогда было выгодно. Но в ихнем плане произошла одна осечка, то что мне удалось от них уйти, я думаю, что то что я 9 сентября находился не дома в гостях сыграло свою роль. Сейчас я почти уверен, что этот человек с которым я работал (все данные на него я предоставлю позже) является агентом ФСБ.
Сотрудники внутренних дел г. Карачаевска на запрос с Москвы, когда готовили для них документы, то указали в них, что я являюсь уроженцем Чечни, чтобы как-то меня связать с Чечней, когда на самом деле я в Чечне не когда не жил.
От своего брата Гочияева Бориса который работает в районном отделе милиции я узнал, что у них приказ меня живым не брать. Тогда я понял, что та реклама которую мне дало ФСБ объявив меня террористом, организатором взрывов, злодеем и т.д., что всё это делалось специально они надеялись ликвидировав меня трубить на всю страну и весь мир, что уничтожен такой «супертеррорист» который взорвал дома в Москве и этим закрыть эту страшную тему.
На счёт своей сестры, я знаю что её часто допрашивали, сначала предлагали деньги затем пугали, угрожали, били, добиваясь от нее показаний против меня, чтобы она публично заявила, что я совершил эти взрывы. После этого они посадили ее мужа Французова Таукана, обвинив его в участии взрывов в Москве, потом это обвинение как всем известно с треском провалилось, но его всё равно приплюсовали к какой-то группе и осудили на 13,5 лет, я расцениваю это как месть мне. (Если будет необходимость я смогу предоставить свидетельские показания моей сестры, только будет нужно немного времени).
То, что касается Рязани, то я там не когда не был и этот город не знаю.
На вопрос готов ли я выехать в третью страну, чтобы дать публичные заявления. В такой ситуации в которой я оказался гарантий которые гарантировали мою безопасность просто не существует, а, что касается публичного заявления, то я готов встретиться с журналистом (журналистами) ответить на все интересующие вопросы.

Knowledge of the Conspiracy

• From my brother Boris Gochiyayev, who works in the district police department, I learned that they have an order not to take me alive.
