Специально ли налоговики придумывают начинающим бизнесменам трудности с адресом, чтобы вынудить идти в платные «юридические фирмы» со зловещим перекрестием на рекламе? Или сотрудникам этих компаний, штампующим на продажу фирмочки на свое имя, просто повезло в жизни — они знают заветные адреса, где можно без проблем втиснуть сотню-другую бизнесменов в одну комнату? Думается, и то, и другое. Но для этого у «крестных матерей» должны быть добрые друзья и среди сотрудников налоговой инспекции, которые посмотрят сквозь пальцы на что угодно, и среди хозяев помещений.

Интересны адреса фирм Королевой. Три фирмы она зарегистрировала по адресу Малая Лубянка, 8/7, стр. 10 (здание, примыкающее к дому 3 по Фуркасовскому). Пять фирм — по адресу Малый Кисельный переулок, 6, стр. 1 (это здание, соседнее со зданием Управления ФСБ по Москве и Московской области). Еще несколько фирм — в Печатниковом переулке, тоже в двух шагах от лубянского квартала ФСБ.
Таким образом, вектор наметился. Из трех главных направлений, в которых организаторами взрывов называют чеченцев (Басаева), ФСБ или Березовского, остается второе. Связь людей Лазовского с ФСБ все же нуждается в более строгом доказательстве. Но об их связи с Басаевым или Березовским никто не писал даже в шутку.

Узбекский след

Фирму «Капстрой-2000», снявшую гараж на Краснодарской, учредили Ачемез Шагабанович Гочияев и Александр Юрьевич Кармишин, руководитель — Александр Кармишин. Михаил Трепашкин нашел эти сведения на следующий день после того, как на совместном заседании Комиссии и Лондонской группы в августе 2002 года было обнародовано письмо Гочияева. Когда в марте 2003 года «Новая газета» опубликовала полученный от Юрия Фельштинского текст интервью Гочияева, мы предположили, что под провокатором К., о котором говорит Гочияев, может иметься в виду именно Кармишин. Фельштинский согласился с таким предположением и тогда же, в марте, упомянул о нем в своей статье. Никакой реакции не последовало — ни от генералов, ни от самого Кармишина.
К двери квартиры в Вязьме Смоленской области, где он прописан, на наш звонок никто не подошел. Соседи сказали лишь, что там действительно живет «Саша, высокий такой».
Михаил Трепашкин спросил о Кармишине следователя Игнатьева, когда встречался с ним как адвокат потерпевших (к знакомству с делом его так и не допустили). Следователь ответил, что Кармишин с Гочияевым не имел никаких контактов с 1997 года.
Интересны паспортные данные Кармишина. Паспорт выдан ему в Кзыл-Ординской области: в начале 80-х он там то ли жил, то ли «отбывал». А в сочетании с этими данными интересно и географическое происхождение других людей из окружения главного обвиняемого.
Посмотрим, кто был рядом с Гочияевым в дни, предшествовавшие взрывам.
Компаньон Кармишин. Кзыл-Ординская область — это Казахстан, но она гораздо ближе к Ташкенту, чем к Алма-Ате.
Подруга Татьяна Королева. Прописана в Волгоградской области, но паспорт выдан в Чимкентской области — соседней с Кзыл-Ординской.

Koroleva's Firm Addresses

• Koroleva's firm addresses are interesting.
• She registered three firms at the address Malaya Lubyanka, 8/7, bldg. 10 (a building adjacent to house 3 on Furkasovsky).

• The company "Kapstroy-2000", which rented the garage on Krasnodarskaya, was founded by Achemez Shagabanovich Gochiyayev and Alexander Yuryevich Karmishin; the head is Alexander Karmishin.
• Mikhail Trepashkin found this information the day after Gochiyayev's letter was made public at a joint meeting of the Commission and the London Group in August 2002.
• When in March 2003 "Novaya Gazeta" published the text of Gochiyayev's interview received from Yuri Felshtinsky, we suggested that the provocateur K., whom Gochiyayev speaks of, might mean specifically Karmishin.
• Felshtinsky agreed with this assumption and then, in March, mentioned him in his article.
• No reaction followed — neither from the generals nor from Karmishin himself.
• No one came to the door of the apartment in Vyazma, Smolensk region, where he is registered, when we rang.
• Neighbors only said that "Sasha, a tall guy like that" really lives there.
• Mikhail Trepashkin asked investigator Ignatiev about Karmishin when he met with him as a lawyer for the victims (he was never allowed to familiarize himself with the case).
• The investigator replied that Karmishin had had no contact with Gochiyayev since 1997.
• Karmishin's passport data is interesting.
  • The passport was issued to him in the Kyzyl-Orda region: in the early 80s he either lived there or was "serving time."
  • In combination with this data, the geographical origin of other people from the inner circle of the main accused is also interesting.
• Let's see who was near Gochiyayev in the days preceding the bombings.
