Vladimir Romanvich is the fellow ID'd by Mikahil Trepashkin as the first police photofit of the person that rented the basement. The photofit was later changed to point at Gochiyaev but Trepashkin found the original in a newspaper clipping. He recognised Romanich as an FSB officer. Romanovich was later reported as dying in a hit-and-run car accident in Cyprus. This strange Panama Papers reference has Romanovich as a director of a company in Cyprus.
