Thus, in the course of further investigation of the specified acts of terrorism, within the remaining period of the accused Dekkushev's detention, it is not possible to perform the necessary investigative actions for the case:

• To present Adam Dekkushev with a new charge of committing crimes provided for by:
  • Part 2 of Art. 208
  • Part 3 of Art. 222
  • Part 3 of Art. 223
  • Part 3 of Art. 205
  • Paragraphs "a", "v", "d", "e", "zh" and "n" of Part 3 of Art. 30
  • Part 2 of Art. 105
  • Paragraphs "a", "v", "d", "e", "zh" and "n" of Part 2 of Art. 105 and Part 2 of Art. 322 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
• To additionally interrogate him on all episodes of the incriminated acts.
• To familiarize the accused, his defense counsel, and the victims with the materials of the criminal case, the volume of which is more than 40 volumes.
• To prepare an indictment and send it to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation.

Based on the foregoing, guided by Art. 109 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation,

DECIDED:

To petition the court, the Lefortovo District Court of Moscow (name of the court) for an extension of the period of detention of the accused Adam Osmanovich Dekkushev (surname, first name, patronymic) in criminal case No. 103 until ___ month __, for a total of three months 26 days.
