having examined the materials of criminal case No. 207 against Adam Osmanovich Dekkushev and civil lawsuits according to the attached list

HAS ESTABLISHED:

• Dekkushev A.O. has been joined as an accused in the commission of crimes provided for by Part 3 of Art. 205 and Part 3 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for the manufacture, storage and transportation of explosives and explosive devices and the commission of explosions of residential buildings in the cities of Moscow and Volgodonsk in September 1999.

In the commission of the specified crimes, significant property and moral damage was caused to a large number of individuals, many of whom during the preliminary investigation filed claims for its compensation, and who are recognized as civil plaintiffs in the manner prescribed by law.

Based on the foregoing and guided by Art. 54 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation,
