Warehouse Storage and Transport of Explosives

• The company OOO 'BRAND-2', whose general director was mentioned, rented warehouse space in early September 1999 in Moscow at the following locations:

  • House No. 70 on Krasnodarskaya St. (Projected passage, house 5381)
  • House No. 19 on Guryanova St.
  • House No. 16 building 2 on Borisovskie Prudy St.
  • House No. 6 building 3 on Kashirskoye Highway.

• Storage on September 7, 1999:

  • Explosives (over 10 tons) and detonation means (electric detonators, detonating cable for mine clearance units, electric delayed-action fuses with electronic timers, detonating cord, and 'Energizer' batteries) were stored by Achimez Gochiyayev, Batchaev Z.A., Denis Saitakov, Abaev Kh.M., and unidentified persons in the warehouse at Krasnodarskaya St., house No. 70 (Projected passage, house 5381).

• Transport on September 7, 1999:

  • Achimez Gochiyayev and the other named members, using a 'ZIL-5301' vehicle (license plate R 520 SK 50), driven by Sinitsyn V.P. (who was unaware of the criminal activities), illegally transported over 2 tons of explosives and detonation means from the warehouse at Krasnodarskaya St., house No. 70 to a non-residential basement premises of house No. 6 building 3 on Kashirskoye Highway, where they illegally stored them.
  • At the same time, Achimez Gochiyayev and members of the organized criminal group illegally manufactured an explosive device from the transported materials, using a homemade electric delayed-action fuse with an electronic timer, and placed it in the aforementioned non-residential basement premises.

• Transport on September 8, 1999:

  • Achimez Gochiyayev, Batchaev Z.A., Denis Saitakov, Abaev Kh.M., and unidentified persons, using a 'ZIL-5301' vehicle (license plate M 577 KhA 77), driven by Prushinsky A.V. (who was unaware of the criminal activities), illegally transported over 1.9 tons of explosives and detonation means from the warehouse at house No. 70 on Krasnodarskaya St.
