HAS ESTABLISHED:

In the present criminal case, Yu.I. Krymshamkhalov has been brought as a defendant accused of committing crimes provided for by Part 3 of Article 205 and Part 3 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for the illegal manufacture, storage, and transportation of explosives and explosive devices and the carrying out of explosions of residential buildings in the cities of Moscow and Volgodonsk in September 1999.

In the commission of the specified crimes, significant property and moral damage was caused to a large number of individuals, many of whom during the preliminary investigation filed claims for its compensation and were recognized as civil plaintiffs.

Based on the foregoing and guided by Article 54 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation,

HAS RESOLVED:

To involve Yusuf Ibragimovich Krymshamkhalov as a civil defendant in this criminal case, of which he is to be notified.
