I report that in the process of conducting operational-search activities regarding the facts of the commission of terrorist acts in the city of Moscow and the city of Volgodonsk, operational officers of the 2nd direction of the Service at KMV of the UFSB of the RF for the Stavropol Krai, Senior Lieutenant Kobylchenko E. N. and Lieutenant Pervyshin D. V., carried out a check of airline ticket stubs for flights from Moscow to Minvody from July 20, 1999, to September 21, 1999.

During the check, the departures of the following persons were established:
