The actions involved:
- Compliance with the requirements of paragraphs 2.1.1 and 2.3.1 of the Traffic Rules of the Russian Federation, which oblige the driver to have a driver's license and documents for the transported cargo, and also prohibit the operation of a vehicle without windows.
- Lyubichev S.S., preventing the vehicle from being stopped by police officers, escorted the specified vehicle while in a "Moskvich-Svyatogor" car driven by Adam Dekkushev, from DPS post No. 1 of the traffic police department of the Kislovodsk Internal Affairs Department to the warehouses of AOZT "Realbaza Khleboproduktov", located at: Kislovodsk, Zheleznodorozhnaya St., 20.
For committing these deliberately illegal actions in the area of AOZT "Realbaza Khleboproduktov", located at: Kislovodsk, Zheleznodorozhnaya St., 20, Yusuf Krymshamkhalov gave Lyubichev S.S. a bribe in the form of a 50 kg bag of granulated sugar worth 420 rubles (in 1999 prices).
In the actions of Yusuf Krymshamkhalov, there is sufficient evidence indicating signs of a crime provided for by Part 2 of Art. 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
Considering that the separation of the criminal case against Yusuf Krymshamkhalov will not affect the comprehensiveness and objectivity of the preliminary investigation and resolution of the criminal case, and guided by Art. 154 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation,

- To separate from criminal case No. 36094 a criminal case against Yusuf Krymshamkhalov.
- To initiate a criminal case on the grounds of a crime provided for by Part 2 of Art. 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation against Yusuf Ibragimovich Krymshamkhalov.
- To assign No. 90010 to the separated criminal case.
- To send a copy of this resolution to the prosecutor of the Stavropol Territory.
