In response to your inquiry dated 31.07.2002 No. KS-2319, received at the A.S. Puchkov Station for Emergency and Urgent Medical Care of Moscow on 03.09.2002 (incoming No. 1-02/781), I inform you:

  • Information about the discovery of an explosive device at the address: Southern Administrative District (UAO), Borisovskiye Prudy st., 16, bldg. 2 was received at the Station by telephone on 13.09.1999 at 14:09. According to the established procedure, "03" (ambulance) crews were dispatched to this address for duty.
  • No information regarding possible terrorist acts or planted explosives in one of the buildings in the "Kapotnya" district of the South-Eastern Administrative District (UVAO) of Moscow has been registered at the Station.
  • All calls received at the Station are entered into the Station's KASU (Computer-Aided Management System) database by operational department employees, recorded, and stored in accordance with the requirements of current legislation for 3 years, both in the Station's KASU database and on paper media - call cards.
